Overview

Our Referral Program is designed to reward individuals who refer new clients to our pool cleaning services. Both existing clients and non-clients can participate, with specific incentives tailored to each group.

Referral Incentives

• Current Clients:

  • Reward: $100 credit toward future pool services.

  • Eligibility:

    • The referred individual must be a new customer and sign up for the full service flat rate plan for entire season and complete at least two months of our monthly pool cleaning service.

    • Your name must be given during the sign up process before service begins and payment received. Referral fees cannot be paid after the sign up process. Referral fee only applies to the first year of service with Texas Pool Pro's

    • To be considered a new customer, Texas Pool Pro's must have never serviced your current or previous address, or had any type of contract previously.

• Non-Clients:

  • Reward: $100 cash reward.

  • Eligibility:

Referral Submission Process

• Current Clients:

  1. Submit the referral through our Referral Submission Form or send an email to info@texaspoolpros.net

  2. Ensure the referred individual mentions your name during the sign-up process.

• Non-Clients:

  1. Submit the referral through our Referral Submission Form or contact our office directly.

  2. Provide your contact information and ensure the referred individual mentions your name during the sign-up process.

Terms and Conditions

• Referral Acknowledgment: The referred individual must mention the referrer's name during the initial contact or sign-up process.

• Reward Distribution: Rewards will be issued after the referred client completes two months of paid service.

• Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of referrals one can make; however, each referral must result in a new client who meets the eligibility criteria.

• Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and or email notifications.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or discrepancies will be resolved at the discretion of the management.
